Quest: The Lost Brother - Visit Edrist Havaki in the tavern before you return to your throne room (if you haven't already), or you may lose the chance to complete the quest. If you don't visit him first, he'll stop by your throne room to tell you he has to leave. If you have Mathian Hanvaki's Letter and Penrod Hanvaki's Letter, you can present them both to Edrist to complete the quest (gain 750 exp) and get the Project: Research into the Nature of Curses: the Hanvaki Family. He'll give you a Ring of Improved Proficiency (+2 deflection bonus to AC, +1 competence bonus on attack rolls with melee weapons). It's a pretty big oversight of the programmers that you can't have this conversation with him when he stops by to tell you he's leaving.
Companion Quest: A Task for the Sweet Teeth - Visit Kalikke/Kanerah's house. After visiting the Linnorm's Grave, you can ask the Sweet Teeth to complete the final task for this quest: polishing the Linnorm's bones.
Companion Quest: The Price of Curiosity - Speak to Jubilost to complete the quest, if you haven't been back to the Capital since you completed the Inconsequent Debates
Erdrist Hanvaki will leave your barony (upon returning to the Capital after completing Act 4) - Relations +1. You will fail the Quest: The Lost Brother if you haven't completed it by the time he leaves.
Companion Quest: Cruel Justice - You can speak to Octavia and Regongar after completing their companion quest for moral choice options. Octavia has a new conversation option (NG, LE, or no moral choice). Regongar has a new conversation option (NG, CN, LE moral choice).
Troubles in the Barony (upon completing Act 4) - Jamandi Aldori needs your help in fighting off a barbarian invasion. Also, it turns out that the Bloom has returned near Candlemere. Asking about the invasion reveals the Flintrock Grassland. Amiri and Kassil Aldori will head off first. This begins the Quest: Hour of Rage and Amiri's Companion Quest: Blood Calling. Gain 1,800 exp for asking about Candlemere. This begins the Quest: Betrayer's Flight, and completes the Quest: The Lost Relic (if Tristian destroyed the Occulus).
Visitor Waits in the Castle (upon completing Act 4) - Tirval comes on behalf of the people of Varnhold to present you with a gift and to ask you for permission to assemble a militia. She gives you a random low-tier item from her artisan item list. Agree to begin the Errand: Assemble a Militia in Varnhold. This unlocks the Project: Varnhold Militia (80 BP, 20 days to solve). You'll recruit her once you complete the Project. Make sure to remember to build her Artisan shop once you do.
Maegar Varn Requests an Audience (~1 day after you return to the Capital after completing Act 4) - Maegar Varn wants your help in discovering the fate of the main character of the Varnhold's Lot DLC. Say "I will do what I can," to reveal Lostlarn Keep. This begins the Quest: Heroes' Fate. This throne room event will only trigger if you saved Maegar Varn at Vordakai's Tomb.
Harrim Unhappy to See Guests (216 days to the deadline) - a dwarf named Rudrin Skjegge has come asking for your help. Her kinsmen are trapped in a fortress by an adamantine golem that's malfunctioned. Agree to help to begin the Companion Quest: Unbreakable Metal. This reveals the area Lost Dwarven Fortress. You could alternatively have her executed (LE moral choice), but there's little benefit to that and it'll prevent you from getting this companion quest and Harrim's best ending. Make sure to bring along the Heart of the Anvil that you got in the Dwarven Ruins/Bronzeshield Fortress, at the end of Harrim's Companion Quest: Unwanted Legacy, when you go. This event was also listed on the page for Act 4. I've listed it here again, since you may not have returned to the Capital since it unlocked.
The Darkness Retreats in the Tenebrous Depths (~1 week after completing Act 4): the levels 9 through 12 of the Tenebrous Depths will be unlocked.
