十四、通訊傳播主管機關：主管身心障礙者無障礙資訊和通訊技術及系統、網路平台、通訊傳播傳輸內容無歧視等相關事宜之規劃、推動及監督等事項。
傳播媒體報導身心障礙者或疑似身心障礙者，不得使用歧視性之稱呼或描述，並不得有與事實不符或誤導閱聽人對身心障礙者產生歧視或偏見之報導。
身心障礙者涉及相關法律事件，未經法院判決確定其發生原因可歸咎於當事人之疾病或其身心障礙狀況，傳播媒體不得將事件發生原因歸咎於當事人之疾病或其身心障礙狀況。
違反第七十四條規定，由目的事業主管機關處新臺幣十萬元以上五十萬元以下罰鍰。
