민주주의공화국의 절차적 제도적 과정을 처음 밟은게 1948년 제헌국회 구성이다. 투표로 선출된 제헌국회가 헌법을 제정하고 국가의 원칙과 조직구성을 합의하고 농지개혁법을 완성했다. 이로써 민주공화국의 성립을 완성한 것. 그 전까지 떠든건 수십명씩 몰려다니던 수십의 임정과 수백의 자칭 독립군들 각자의 생각과 망상속 국가였고.
북한이 먼저 국가선언하는바람에 정통성확보차원에서 임시정부때부터 국가구성을 고민했다고 끌어다붙인 것에 불과한거다. 그전의 상황은 아무..의미없다.
