表达不要那么隐晦。直接说出你的诉求和计划。我刚请好一个月的回国假，公司也是unlimited PTO, 挺顺利的。我是这么说的给你做个参考 我很久没回国了，今年终于可以回了。我今年也不会在其他时间请很多PTO, 我想在xx月请4周假回国看家人。那时我们正好做完了xxx, 没什么事，我会在xx 之前完成xxx, ABC 可以帮我cover xxx, 回来之后我接着做xxx. 我觉得这样应该没问题了，老板你觉得呢？ 你用“很久没回国了”暗示需要回去久一些希望老板主动说出可以请一个月或更久，这种mindset 行不通的，不只在请假方面。
