• It’s fine just a few tips to know A latte is espresso and milk (mixed). A Macchiato is expresso and milk not mixed. (LATTES AND MACCHIATOS AND ARE NOT MADE WITH A CREAM BASE ONLY MILK) (literally can’t make a hot one with cream cause it will curdle) For a refreshers at mine we fill to line one(on the cup) with refresher concentrate(rest with green tea or coconut milk). An Americano is expresso and water. Morning are fine as long as everyone comes when people call out it’s hell cause they call out in the morning and a manger won’t see it till they get up to come in. (Some people won’t come in on time and will come in really late idk but it’s a constant problem at mine don’t fall in with those people) It’s also bad when your just not scheduled properly and the place is just short staffed but you get through it if things are slow they are slow is what it is . Don’t be worried if some coworkers are jerks when everything’s going slow or something breaks or you run out of something. Literally not your fault you just work here if the oven stops what can you really do about it nothing so don’t worry Mornings are busy but once you know what your doing it’s good. And refresher concentrate IS SWEETENED. Swirls are sweetened and shots are unsweetened.
