on – RZV is administered in two doses spaced at least four weeks apart (ideally two to six months apart). Vaccination should ideally be completed ≥2 weeks prior to the start of immunosuppression to help ensure maximal immune response.
Individuals who have received ZVL in the past should be revaccinated with RZV, regardless of when ZVL was administered, due to the suboptimal efficacy and the waning immunity of ZVL.
